Ardent Community Trust of Pennsylvania (ACT) is a charitable, 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization. From the beginning, the vision of ACT was to provide individual’s and their families a charitable organization that understands their issues, shares their vision of independence and works to provide a safe vehicle to preserve resources, safeguard individual’s governmental benefits and provide families the security of knowing their loved one’s financial interests would be cared for compassionately.
ACT governed by a Board of Directors comprised of dedicated volunteers, representing a variety of professional backgrounds including legal, nonprofit, accounting and financial services communities.
Since its founding in 2001, ACT benefited by the support of regional Arc Chapters, who have nominated individual Board Members to serve in concert with compassionate individuals from our community.
The ACT Board of Directors are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies.
