To enhance the life and provide greater peace of mind to the beneficiary, their families and others responsible for their welfare, The Arc Community Trust of Pennsylvania’s mission is; to serve as trustee for a variety of special needs trusts (Pooled, Self-funded, Third-Party funded and Education Trusts) with integrity and in a manner that exceeds best-practice fiduciary standards, protecting public benefits and financial assets for the beneficiary.

Our services are grounded on the belief that everyone should have the chance to live securely and independently. We seek to assist beneficiaries in financial choices that enhance their lives today and into the future.

The quarterly Newsletter is a resource for beneficiaries as well as for those who are responsible for their welfare. Each newsletter will provide a variety of resources such as information on ACT, updates on staff, information to assist in understanding trusts and general community oriented resources.
